At KYS Power Transmission Parts, we value a culture of cooperation and service.
V Belt Pulleysoffers innovative solutions that facilitate the assembly and maintenance of industrial mechanisms. These pulleys can be quickly and simply mounted on the shaft and are characterized by their practical disassembly and assembly without the need for additional tools such as hammers or pullers. Bushing V Pulleys are one step ahead of standard V pulleys because these products are known for their precise runout and balance adjustments. They are also balanced in accordance with ISO 1940 standards, which guarantees a balanced and efficient performance in their use. In particular, compared to timing pulleys, Bushing V Pulleys require no lubrication, heat up less, run quietly and are compatible with small diameter gears, making them an excellent choice for power transmission systems."
These are pulleys used with a conical bushing that can be easily disassembled and assembled without the need for a hammer and puller. Bushing pulleys consist of two parts and two setscrews. The outer part is compatible with the V-belt and the inner part with the shaft. These provide both frictional force and hold the two setscrews together.
Bushing V Belt Pulleys SPZ,SPA,SPB,SPC,3V,5V,8V profiles in DIN 2211 standards and It is manufactured in GG25 quality in standard dimensions with bushings. It is produced in special size and quality according to the desired technical drawing. These pulleys are balanced in Q16 quality, phosphated and made ready for the market.
V pulleys with bushings It is impossible to obtain the same tension on the belts we use side by side in the pulley due to differences in their length, hardness and quality.
Machine builders and machine maintainers know very well that some V-belts installed side by side are too tight and some are too loose.
In this case, the belt, which is too tense, will take all the load. It will not last long and will wear out. As it wears out, it will definitely wear out the grooves of the pulley. It will not be of much use to install a new belt in that channel, and it will wear out the new belt in a short time.
For this reason, the loss in V pulleys manufactured in DIN 221 1 standard is between and % 40. In non-standard randomly opened V pulleys, the loss is between and . This means that at least one of the four belts in the standard pulley is excessive and three of the four belts in the non-standard pulley are excessive. These situations cause the machine to become cumbersome and increase the cost.
These features are the main reasons why Bushing V Pulleys are preferred in various industrial and mechanical systems.
V Belt Pulleys The disadvantage is also the high channel depth. For this reason, they cannot be produced in small diameters. For example; a V pulley with a diameter of at least 125mm can be installed on a 50mm diameter splined shaft. If we want to reduce the revolutions six times, the counter pulley should be 750mm in diameter. A large and heavy pulley both tires the machine, increases the cost and gives a cumbersome appearance.
