What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files saved in your browser when you visit a website. This policy explains which cookies are used on the KYS Power Transmission Parts ("KYS") website and why.
Cookies we use
Our site uses only cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. No analytics, advertising or targeting cookies are used.
- NEXT_LOCALE: Remembers which language the site is shown in. Kept for the browser session.
- kys_qid: Remembers the products you add to your quote list. Created only when you add a product to the quote list and kept for 180 days.
- Session cookie: Used only for KYS staff who sign in to the admin panel; it is not created for site visitors.
Strictly necessary cookies are used under Article 5(2)(f) of the KVKK (legitimate interest) so that the site can provide the service you ask for, and do not depend on your explicit consent.
Third-party content
- The map on the Contact page is provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may use its own cookies and technologies.
- Our videos are shown in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com); the player loads only when you start the video.
The data processing practices of these services are subject to the companies' own privacy policies.
Managing cookies
You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, some features such as the quote list may not work.
