KYS, which has taken its place among the world's leading manufacturers of power transmission components and was founded with the aim of leading its sector, has proven itself since the day it was established through its commitment to superior quality, first in Türkiye and then throughout Europe.
Our company started operating in the casting sector in 1985 and in the early nineties also began producing power and motion transmission components. Constantly developing since the day it was founded, our company manufactures standard taper bushes, V pulleys, Poly-V pulleys, timing pulleys, couplings and fan hubs, as well as custom sizes to customer requirements.
Our company is built on 12,000 m² of covered space within a total area of 20,000 m², and contributes to our national economy by exporting to more than 40 countries worldwide, led by Germany and other European countries. With a foundry, machining, pattern shop, paint shop and phosphate coating department in-house, our company has become a fully integrated plant manufacturing power transmission components.
In the laboratories at our plant we raise quality to the highest level with spectral analysis, mechanical analysis, tensile testing, microstructure analysis, hardness testing, an ultrasonic tester, sand analysis testing, simulation software, CMM (3D coordinate measuring machine), a portable arm CMM, a surface roughness tester and paint thickness gauges, and achieve trouble-free, professional manufacturing.
With the quality control equipment we use in our production, we have made zero defects our principle. Our main goal has been to increase our success and maintain continuity by working as a team with our young, dynamic and technical staff.

A fully integrated plant
We work with five production units at our plant, with 12,000 m² covered and 20,000 m² of total area.
We make the casting patterns, including those for custom-size products, in our own pattern shop.
Drawing on casting experience going back to 1985, we produce the raw parts of our products in our own foundry.
With spectral, tensile, hardness and ultrasonic tests we verify material quality from raw material to finished product.
On our machine park we machine cast parts to tight tolerances at critical dimensions such as pulley grooves, bush tapers and shaft bores.
With dimensional, CMM and visual inspection we apply our zero-defect principle at the last step before shipment.

Guided by the principle of “respect for nature”, the management of our company, which aims to minimise the environmental impact of all its activities, will remain continuously sensitive and careful not to harm the environment and will seek ways to protect natural resources. In order to continually improve the environmental management system we have established and to prevent environmental pollution, it accepts and commits to training all our employees, ensuring the continuity of that training, and complying with the environmental legislation and administrative regulations in force and the other requirements to which it voluntarily subscribes. 03Occupational Health and Safety Policy
While carrying out its activities at the highest level of quality on the principle of “health and safety first”, our company commits to ensuring and maintaining the following in order to protect the occupational health and safety of its employees and to continually improve the working environment: • eliminating occupational health and safety risks by taking precautions in advance; • ensuring continual improvement in OHS matters; • complying with the OHS legislation and administrative regulations in force and the rules of the organisations of which it is a member; • providing training so that company personnel are aware of their individual OHS responsibilities; • reviewing the OHS Policy periodically to maintain conformity with requirements; • sharing OHS experience with public bodies, private-sector organisations and civil society organisations to ensure the continual development of Occupational Health and Safety.
