Pattern Shop
We make the patterns, the first step of the casting process, in our own pattern shop.
Alongside standard products, we also make the patterns for custom-size products to our customers' technical drawings in our plant.
Patterns made in our pattern shop are prepared for moulding in the foundry. Because we make our own patterns, we can respond to custom-size requests quickly and under control.

Product dimensions and tolerances are reviewed.

Casting allowances and mould design are defined.
- 03Pattern Making
The pattern is made in our own workshop.
- 04Dimensional Check
The pattern is verified before moulding.
