Machine Shop
We machine the cast parts to tight tolerances.
On our machine park we machine critical dimensions such as pulley grooves, bush tapers and shaft bores to tight tolerances.
Every machined part passes a dimensional check before moving on to quality control. We produce custom-size parts with the same precision as our standard products.
Process
Machine Shop steps
- 01Turning
Outside diameter and hub dimensions are machined.
- 02Grooving
V, Poly V and timing profiles are cut.
- 03Taper Machining
The bush seat and taper are machined.
- 04Dimensional Check
Critical dimensions are verified.
