Foundry
The heart of a journey that began as a foundry in 1985.
We produce the raw parts of our products in our own foundry, drawing on casting experience going back to 1985.
Casting in our own plant lets us control material quality from the very start. Cast parts are analysed in our laboratory before they move on to machining.
Process
Foundry steps
- 01Moulding
Casting moulds are prepared from the patterns.
- 02Melting
Raw material is melted under control.
- 03Casting
The molten metal is poured into the moulds.
- 04Cleaning
Parts are removed from the moulds and cleaned.
